Our Return / Guarantee Policy
Our fabrics are top quality merchandise and we hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 30-days return policy on stock fabrics, excluding special orders. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. We must charge a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition and packaging. Simply email us at sales@americanspandex.com
Shipping Options
UPS and FedEx
We ship most orders via UPS ground; by special request we can ship anything overnight, second day, or whatever your needs require. Actual shipping charges may vary based on product weight. Shipping charges apply for all continental U.S. domestic and International shipments.
For large orders – please contact us to discuss shipping charges and we will find the most cost effective method for your shipping your order.
How To Order If you would like to place an order with American Spandex Inc, please go through the website shopping cart, or if you would like to speak with someone in person, call us at (631) 956-7041. If you know what fabric you would like to order, you can fax your order to (631) 956-7045.
What to Expect
We try to reproduce each fabric with accurate color and pattern detail. Your computer monitor or the printed page of our catalog will render the image of the fabric in a different way than if you were holding the cloth. We feel sure that you will not be disappointed in the fabric. If you are, we do offer the option of returning the fabric. For details, see the guarantee that follows. We will try to provide you with accurate inventory information at the time of your order. If the product is not in stock, we will try to provide you with the best estimate of delivery as provided from the manufacturer of the fabric. It should be noted that many of these fabrics are produced outside of the United States and imported. This only adds to the lead times we experience in receiving the fabrics. If you fabric is in stock we will cut and ship your order with in 2 business days. You can expect delivery based on the method of shipment that you choose upon check out. We hope that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition. If the parcel is damaged or a mistake has been made, please contact us and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Pay Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. It is possible to request credit, but only if your order is greater than $400.00. Any order less than this amount MUST be paid by Credit Card!
There are a few established parameters covering credit card sales that will apply:
Your account will be assessed a 3% Handling Fee by American Spandex Inc. that will be added to your invoice. This 3% fee will be calculated on the total value of the transaction. |
